New service delivers end-to-end lifecycle management of NVIDIA AI data center infrastructure

SOMERSET, N.J.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–SHI International, one of North America’s largest IT solutions providers, has introduced a new service to manage the complete lifecycle of NVIDIA DGX SuperPOD. SHI recently achieved status as an NVIDIA DGX SuperPOD Specialization Partner, affirming SHI’s expertise in high-performance AI infrastructure so it can help organizations seamlessly deploy and optimize AI and high-performance computing (HPC) workloads with industry-leading technology.

NVIDIA DGX SuperPOD is an enterprise-grade AI data center platform that integrates NVIDIA accelerated computing, networking, and certified storage solutions. Designed to accelerate AI workloads, DGX SuperPOD offers unmatched scalability and performance, delivering production-ready AI capabilities in weeks rather than months. As an NVIDIA DGX SuperPOD Specialization Partner, SHI now offers end-to-end lifecycle services, including sourcing, engineering, data center design, deployment, installation, and ongoing support for NVIDIA DGX SuperPOD customers.

This latest service augments SHI’s already robust NVIDIA offering. SHI’s newly-constructed AI & Cyber Labs is built on NVIDIA accelerated computing and software solutions including the NVIDIA AI Enterprise software platform. The lab is utilized by SHI’s 100+ AI and ML data scientists, engineers, architects and developers, allowing customers to run their proof-of-concept projects. Several enterprise and global customers are already engaged in the company’s AI & Cyber Labs facility, testing specific AI use cases, and evaluating cost models and ROI of the complete NVIDIA stack.

Jack Hogan, Vice President of Advance Growth Technologies at SHI, said:

Our new advanced AI Lab service and NVIDIA DGX SuperPOD Specialization Partner status represents a pivotal step in our commitment to delivering cutting-edge AI solutions,

“By combining our deep engineering expertise with NVIDIA’s industry-leading AI infrastructure, we’re empowering customers to accelerate innovation and drive real business impact.”

SHI engineers have completed over 200 hours of specialized training to become NVIDIA DGX SuperPOD Partner Specialists, demonstrating their advanced proficiency in NVIDIA’s AI and HPC technologies. Through hands-on experience, SHI’s team is equipped to ensure seamless integration and operational excellence for customers leveraging NVIDIA DGX SuperPOD. SHI can configure and build NVIDIA DGX SuperPOD either in its Data Center Factory facility or at a customer’s data center or colocation provider, offering flexibility in deployment.

Craig Weinstein, vice president, America’s Partner Organization, NVIDIA, said:

NVIDIA DGX AI supercomputing is driving breakthroughs across industries spanning healthcare, manufacturing, automotive and more,

“As a DGX SuperPOD Partner Specialist, SHI can help enterprises take the next step in becoming an AI-driven organization.”

SHI will showcase its expertise and solutions at the GTC AI conference 2025 in San Jose at Booth 1726, where it will present and demonstrate its new lab capabilities accelerated by NIM.

The new advanced AI Lab service paves the way for more innovative solutions and enhanced customer experiences in AI and HPC. By delivering NVIDIA DGX SuperPOD lifecycle management services, SHI is uniquely positioned to help organizations unlock the full potential of AI at scale.
